How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are processed immediately. The average delivery time is between 5-10 working days. After your order has been handed over to the delivery service, it depends on the country of destination how long it takes for your order to be delivered.

I didn't get an order confirmation e-mail. What now?
Unfortunately, we cannot prevent our emails from sometimes ending up in the spam box. Therefore, always check first whether the mail you are missing is there. If not, you can of course always contact us via cs@averagerob.com.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship worldwide! However if you live outside of Europe, shipping might be more expensive and take longer depending on the country you live in.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Purchased merch may be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of an item, don't hesitate to return it. We will gladly refund (including the original shipping costs) any item that you're not completely happy with. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for covering the expenses associated with the return of their package.
